Astalos is a Large Monster in Monster Hunter Rise (MHR). It is a returning Monster in the Sunbreak Expansion that debuted in Monster Hunter Generations. Large Monsters are hostile and are usually the primary objective of Hunts. They provide valuable Materials when defeated. MH Rise Astalos Characteristics & Locations

Astalos is an upcoming Monster set for release alongside the Sunbreak Expansion, originally revealed in a Monster Hunter Digital Event on 15 March 2022. Astalos is a returning monster from and one of the flagship monsters of Monster Hunter Generations.

Astalos is a violent Flying Wyvern that is able to generate and store immense amounts of electricity in it's horn, wings, and tail. Once all three body parts are fully charged, it can launch devastating attacks onto hunters.
