Crafting in Monster Hunter Rise (MHR or MHRise) is a feature of the game where hunters can produce Items out of the Materials and/or ingredients that have been gathered. Players can loot these materials in various areas of a location or carved out of a Monster. This can be viewed from the Start Menu or accessed from the item box. From here players will find their Crafting List options. If choosing to craft from the start menu, only items in your current Item pouch can be accessed,
- (NEW!) With the introduction of the Sunbreak Expansion, hunters can now have access to Master Rank Materials, allowing them to craft new Items
- (NEW!) Since the recent Patch 11.0.1 of the Sunbreak Expansion, you can now enhance your gear via Qurious Crafting at the Smithy.

Radial Menu Crafting & Shortcuts
Radial Menu can be a lifesaver when stuck in difficult situations and allow hunters to craft useful gear in a pinch. To do so, players need to access the menu, and select the "Radial Menu Settings" options. Two additional options will appear, "Quests" and "Village". Select "Quests" this time.
This will make it so that you are managing your shortcuts during your Quests. You have to select one of the menus that are corresponding to a direction. As you scroll up and down, you will see the orange tab change directions. The orange tab is where you need to press on your directional pad once you press to choose the different radial menus. Select whichever you feel more comfortable to you, and then you have to decide the position on the ring. You will do this with the

to confirm, and a new menu will spawn. Select "Crafting" and then the game will ask you about the amount you want to craft, giving you two options.
The first one, "One by One", means that any time you use the shortcut during the game, you will create 1 of the selected item. The second option, "All", allows the user to create all possible copies of the desired item at once. This is determined by the amount of Materials you possess or the limited amount of said item you can carry.
The Radial menu is incredibly useful, especially for Heavy Bowgun or Light Bowgun users, allowing them to craft Ammo on the go.
Auto-Crafting
Before you venture on hunting a monster or to complete a Quest, players can visit a Tent where they can access their item box and craft items, as well as to select which items to tag for "Auto-Crafting". Auto-crafting will automatically craft an item from your crafting list upon picking up the last piece required for the recipe. Qurious Crafting
Qurious Crafting was introduced during Patch 11.0.1 of the Sunbreak Expansion, With this update, players can now approach a Smithy for the additional Qurious Crafting option to further enhance gear. The new options include Qurious Weapon Crafting and Qurious Armor Crafting. Enter These menus to Enable Augmentation, Augment, or Rese t Augmentation. Select an Armor piece to Enable Augmentation.
- Weapons that are able to be Augmented have exclusive slots called Anomaly Slots.
- You can enhance your weapon's stats by equipping Augmentations.
- Note: Before a weapon can be Augmented it must have Augmentation enabled first.
Crafting List
From the Crafting List page, players may view and choose a recipe and begin crafting. This is also where players can select to Auto Craft Items by ticking the boxes next to the item names.
Monster Hunter Rise Crafting
To find the list of items that can be crafted, go to the Item Box in the Hunter's Tent, and then choose Manage Items > Crafting List. You'll find the list of the different items that can be crafted in the game's order.
