Legs Armor in Monster Hunter Rise (MHR or MHRise) is an armor piece that grants defensive properties and changes the appearance of the hunter. Legs armor protects the legs and feet of the hunter and contains boots or greaves, these can be crafted and upgraded as long as the player has the Materials it needs.
Just like in Monster Hunter World/Iceborne, each armor that is obtained and crafted usually carries the look and feel that is related to a Monster. How to Hide your Legs armor in MHR?
Hunters who prefer to hide their legs armor or gear are able to do so in Monster Hunter Rise (MHR or MHRise).
In order to hide their legs armor or gear, hunters need to do the following:
- Head to the item box
- Select the Manage equipment option.
- Once there, choose the equipment display option.
- The next menu, will display all five types of Armor, as well as a sixth option, refering to the Weapon currently equipped. Each category has an eye icon next to it, indicating that it is currently visible.
- Select the sixth option, which is the legs armor option and you will be able to toggle it off to hide your legs armor or gear.
Important: Note that this is purely a cosmetic or visual change. Any Armor skill or bonus granted by the hidden piece is still in effect and will be as long as that same piece is still equipped, regardling if the piece is visible or not. This also applies to an armor piece that is part of a set that if removed would not reach the minimum quota to receive the bonus.
