Wirebug Whisperer is a Skill in Monster Hunter Rise (MHR). Wirebug Whisperer grants various bonuses related to your Wirebugs, including the duration you can keep wild Wirebugs for and improvements to recovery rates. This skill has 3 Levels. Skills are granted to Hunters by their equipped Weapons, Armor, Talismans and Decorations and play an integral role in a Hunter's progression.
Wirebug Whisperer Effect
Wirebug Whisperer is increased in level based on the amount of Equipment with this skill the hunter is using. Each level works as follows:
- Level 1: Extends the duration you can keep a Wirebug by 30%.
- Level 2: Also increases Wirefall recovery rate.
- Level 3: Also increases passive recovery rate while on the ground.
Wirebug Whisperer has a maximum of 3 Levels, after which, additional levels in the skill will no longer provide any further benefit.

Do level 2 and 3 of this skill affect the charge rate of your initial 2 wirebugs while in combat?
Whisperer is pretty great with Lv3 , its a 20% increase Rec Rate on the ground ( It also stacks with the Sunbreak Yellow/Red unique Wirebugs by extra 12% , giving the total of 32%-38% Recovery Rate on ground ). Yellow/Red wirebug buffs lasts for 3minutes.
