Punishing Draw

Adds a stun effect to draw attacks and slightly increases attack power. (Does not include Silkbind attacks.)

Punishing Draw is a Skill in Monster Hunter Rise (MHR or MHRise). Punishing Draw adds a stun effect to draw attacks and slightly increases attack power. (Does not include Silkbind attacks.) and has 3 levels. Skills are granted to Hunters by their equipped Weapons, Armor, Talismans and Decorations and play an integral role in a Hunter's progression.

 

Punishing Draw Effect

Punishing Draw is increased in level based on the amount of Equipment with this skill the hunter is using. Each level works as follows:

  • yellow_skill_icon-monster-hunter-rise-wiki-guide_24pxLevel 1: Applies a minor chance to stun. Attack power of draw attacks +3
  • yellow_skill_icon-monster-hunter-rise-wiki-guide_24pxLevel 2: Applies a chance to stun. Attack power of draw attacks +5
  • yellow_skill_icon-monster-hunter-rise-wiki-guide_24pxLevel 3: Applies a great chance to stun. Attack power of draw attacks +7

 

Punishing Draw has 3 levels, after which, additional levels won't provide any further benefit.

      in the current version of the game (I think update 3.0?) the different levels of punishing draw all say "Adds a small amount of stun damage..." for EACH level. On this page though, it says it increases at each level, is this still the case with the current game?

        Anyone knows the exact values of each level? In all past games it was 30 Exhaust/KO, but now with 3 levels it's really confusing and can be either amazing (eg: 15/30/45) or completely useless (eg: lv3=30 or less) depending on how they balanced it.
