Blast Attack is a Skill in Monster Hunter Rise (MHR or MHRise). Blast Attack Increases blast element attack power and has 3. Skills are granted to Hunters by their equipped Weapons, Armor, Talismans and Decorations and play an integral role in a Hunter's progression.
Blast Attack Effect
Blast Attack is increased in level based on the amount of Equipment with this skill the hunter is using. Each level works as follows:
- Level 1: Blast buildup +5% Bonus: +1
- Level 2: Blast buildup +10% Bonus: +2
- Level 3: Blast buildup +20% Bonus: +5
Blast Attack has 3, after which, additional levels won't provide any further benefit.

With Teostra's Blessing, has anyone found the cap for buffing Blast through Skills? Example: Blast Attack 3 would 20% +5 and Teostra's Blessing would be another 10% on top of it.
