Reduces bubbleblight and grants increased evasion when afflicted.

Bubbly Dance is a Skill in Monster Hunter Rise (MHR or MHRise). Bubbly Dance reduces bubbleblight and grants increased evasion when afflicted. and has 3 level. Skills are granted to Hunters by their equipped Weapons, Armor, Talismans and Decorations and play an integral role in a Hunter's progression.

Bubbly Dance Effect

Bubbly Dance is increased in level based on the amount of Equipment with this skill the hunter is using. Each level works as follows:

  • white skill icon monster hunter rise wiki guideLevel 1: Reduces the effects of major bubbleblight.
  • white skill icon monster hunter rise wiki guideLevel 2: Reduces major bubbleblight to minor bubbleblight and increases evasiveness while afflicted.
  • white skill icon monster hunter rise wiki guideLevel 3: Also inflicts bubbleblight when performing consecutive evasive movement.

Bubbly Dance has 3 level, after which, additional levels won't provide any further benefit.

At level 3, the skill always inflicts bubbleblight to the hunter after the 3rd normal roll with no time limitations (e.g. it will still activate if you roll more than 60 seconds after the 2nd roll). All other type of rolls - sidestep, hop, demon dodge etc - require a 4th roll to activate the effect. This is true even if you stack normal and special rolls: e.g. if you roll twice then activate Demon Mode on Dual Blades you will still need two dodges to get bubbleblight.

The bubbleblight effect lasts for 30 seconds and it cannot be refreshed while it lasts. Any evasive action performed while afflicted by bubbleblight will not count towards a new activation. Being hit will remove the bubbleblight effect; this includes non-damaging hits, such as tremors.

According to the testing of a japanese youtuber, the 'increased evasiveness' part equals 2 levels of Evade Window and 2 levels of Constitution. It also stacks with those skills, but not past the equivalent of level 5

How many invuln frames are we talking about here compared to the evade window skill? For example would bubbly dance be equivalent to having evade window level 3? Also does bubbly dance stack with the evade window skill? Would I be able to evade into the monster’s soul if I hade evade window 5 + bubbly dance + evade extender 3?
