Kushala Blessing is a Skill in Monster Hunter Rise (MHR or MHRise). Kushala Blessing grants various bonuses, including the boost to ice and water attacks, nullifies heat damage and also improves recovery and has 4 Levels. Skills are granted to Hunters by their equipped Weapons, Armor, Talismans and Decorations and play an integral role in a Hunter's progression.
Kushala Blessing Effect
Kushala Blessing is increased in level based on the amount of Equipment with this skill the hunter is using. Each level works as follows:
- Level 1: Water and Ice attack +5%
- Level 2: Water and Ice attack +10%
- Level 3: Also allows recovery to exceed the red portion of the health gauge.
- Level 4: Also nullifies heat damage.
Kushala Blessing has 4 Levels, after which, additional levels won't provide any further benefit.

Anonymousso with this Kushala Doara armor set, you can regen all your health back? since this effect allows recovery beyond the red bar & you get regen speed level 4, the hp reg would be insane. does this work together?! or does it still only speed up the regen of the red bar?
For the sake of Science I combined the lv 3 Kushala Blessing with Dereliction since they have completely opposite effects to see what would happen.
Unfortunately Dereliction appears to completely override the health regen from blessing, you still take damage every tick, kushala blessing does not appear to even slow the damage down. So to save folks the trouble, no you cannot nullify the self damage from dereliction with this set.
