Burst
Continuously landing hits gradually increases attack and elemental attack. (The amount of increase depends on the weapon.)

Burst is a Skill in Monster Hunter Rise (MHR). Burst is a new skill debuting in the Sunbreak Expansion. Burst increases attack and elemental attack as the player continuously land consecutive hits. The amount of increase will depend on the weapon that is being used. This skill has 3 Levels. Skills are granted to Hunters by their equipped Weapons, Armor, Talismans and Decorations and play an integral role in a Hunter's progression.

Burst Effect

Burst is increased in level based on the amount of Equipment with this skill the hunter is using. Each level works as follows:

• Level 1: Upon attack hit, temp attack +5, element +5; hit 5 successive times for an extra stat boost.
• Level 2: Upon attack hit, temp attack +5, element +5; hit 5 successive times for a large stat boost.
• Level 3: Upon attack hit, temp attack +5, element +5; hit 5 successive times for a huge stat boost.

Burst has 3 Levels, after which, additional levels won't provide any further benefit.

Skill Lv1: Attack up by 10, Elemental Attack up by 8 Total

Skill Lv2: Attack up by 12, Elemental Attack up by 10 Total

Skill Lv3: Attack up by 15, Elemental Attack up by 15 Total

Burst lasts 3 seconds and refreshes its duration on hit.
