Constitution is a Skill in Monster Hunter Rise (MHR or MHRise). Constitution reduces stamina depletion when evading, blocking, or doing certain other actions. and has 5 levels. Skills are granted to Hunters by their equipped Weapons, Armor, Talismans and Decorations and play an integral role in a Hunter's progression.
Constitution Effect
Constitution is increased in level based on the amount of Equipment with this skill the hunter is using. Each level works as follows:
- Level 1: Reduces fixed stamina depletion by 10%.
- Level 2: Reduces fixed stamina depletion by 20%.
- Level 3: Reduces fixed stamina depletion by 30%.
- Level 4: Reduces fixed stamina depletion by 40%.
- Level 5: Reduces fixed stamina depletion by 50%.
Constitution has 5 levels, after which, additional levels won't provide any further benefit.

No , Demon Mode is included on Marathon Runner. ( Continious depletion ). Constitution Skill includes any form of sudden or Chunky Stamina Depletion.... Like Evade/Roll , Insect Glaive hops mid-air , LS Sacred Sheathe Charge evades to angle the Level 3 3slashes etc...... ( Marathon Runner is good for Dual Blades , and Hammer users *Continious Stamina Depletion* while Constitution is better off for GS , LS , Lance or Insect Glaive etc ).
