Mind's Eye is a Skill in Monster Hunter Rise (MHR or MHRise). Mind's Eye your attacks are deflected less and deal more damage to hard targets. and has 3 levels. Skills are granted to Hunters by their equipped Weapons, Armor, Talismans and Decorations and play an integral role in a Hunter's progression.
Mind's Eye Effect
Mind's Eye is increased in level based on the amount of Equipment with this skill the hunter is using. Each level works as follows:
- Level 1: +10% damage to hard targets and a 50% reduction to your attacks being deflected.
- Level 2: +15% damage to hard targets and a 100% reduction to your attacks being deflected.
- Level 3: +30% damage to hard targets and a 100% reduction to your attacks being deflected.
Mind's Eye has 3 levels, after which, additional levels won't provide any further benefit.
The damage buff is actually applied to any part that gives white numbers when hit regardless of the actual hitzone value. The damage buff is tied to the deflection reduction: at lv1, the damage increase is only applied to the 50% of hits that are prevented from deflecting, regardless if they would've been deflected or not without Mind's Eye (e.g. a white sharpness weapon will receive the buff 50% of the time even if it never bounces).

Anonymouswoooow, so they had to hard nerf minds eye to stop it from feeling like mhw's one by making you need 2 extra levels into it to work for low sharpness weapons.... thats not fun

Does this work for bow guns? Tried in the training area and didn’t really see Andy thing different.
that is a big nerf. And i dont see any rathalos armor with this skill. Wth!
