Follower Collab Quests in Monster Hunter Rise (MHR or MHRise) are a new type of Quest debuting with the Sunbreak Expansion. Follower Collab Quests are single-player-only quests where the player can recruit the various NPCs they've encountered on their journey as Followers to join them on hunts. These followers each have their own personalities and quirks, and will aid the hunter in various ways, allowing for a completely new hunting experience.
- Followers will help players out in a variety of ways, such as by using health recovery items and placing traps, and sometimes even riding monsters.
- Each Follower will have their own weapons and attacks that they are proficient with and players are bound to find a setup that complements their playstyle.
- Players will be able to earn exclusive rewards by taking on these Follower Collab Quests as they make their way through the story.
- The cast of characters that can join you as Followers will increase as you progress through the new story in the Sunbreak Expansion.
- Several characters from Kamura Village such as Hinoa and Minoto will be able to join you as Followers as well.
- The first set of Follower Collab Quests are obtained after unlocking M⭐⭐ Hub Quests and subsequent quests are generally unlocked by raising your Master Rank Hub Quests level, as well as completing the Followers' previous quests.

Monster Hunter Rise Follower Information
Followers in Monster Hunter Rise are comprised of the diverse cast of NPC warriors you encounter during the story both in Kamura Village and Elgado Outpost. After progressing in the story of the Sunbreak Expansion and unlocking M⭐⭐ Hub Quests, you will receive your first set of Follower Collab Quests. These are divided into Follower Quests which are special missions specific to each Follower designed for players to form bonds with them, and Support Surveys which allow you to choose from any Followers with whom you've formed a close bond.
During Follower Quests, Followers will use their signature weapon and specific skillsets to aid you in hunting Monsters. In Support Surveys, however, you will have the option to choose what weapon they will use from a set specific to each Follower.
In the Follower cards below, each Follower's signature weapon is denoted by a Golden border. These are generally their recommended weapons and the ones they are most proficient with. However, each Follower will also have a set of Skills equipped which can complement other weapons they have access to. Choosing your Followers' weapons properly in respect to your own weapons, skills and playstyle can provide an entirely new and exciting hunting experience.

Admiral Galleus's second-in-command and a proud knight with a strong sense of duty. She is the older sister of another knight of the Order, Rondine.

Follower Collab Quests fall into two categories: Follower Quests and Support Surveys.
Follower Quests
Follower Quests are special missions specific to each Follower. These allow you to deepen your bond with your friends from Elgado Outpost and Kamura Village, eventually allowing you to call upon them for help on Support Surveys. Some of these missions will have you team up with up to two Followers at once.
Support Surveys
Support Surveys allow you to choose from Followers you have formed close bonds with to accompany you on a quest. You will also be able to choose what weapons they will use from a limited selection unique to each Follower. Understanding their weapon preferences and combat style is the key to making your Followers more effective during these quests.
