Minor Bubbleblight is a Status Effect in Monster Hunter Rise (MHR or MHRise). Status Effects are various buffs, effects, and ailments that can be afflicted on both hunters and monsters. Both Hunters and Monsters can receive Effects from Skills, the environment, and attacks.

How to Cure Minor Bubbleblight
The Minor Bubbleblight status effect can be negated by consuming a Cleanser. Any attack damage taken while inflicted with Minor Bubbleblight will also dispel its effects. Alternatively, players can just wait for the effect to wear off.
How to Prevent Minor Bubbleblight
Anything that prevents the hunter from becoming afflicted with Bubble should go here (Armor Skills, Armor Sets, Endemic Life, Meal Buffs, etc.)
Minor Bubbleblight Mechanics
Upon being hit by an attack that can inflict Bubbleblight, the hunter will start to accumulate bubbles on their body, and a blinking 
will appear on their HUD, signaling that Minor Bubbleblight has been inflicted on the hunter. Minor Bubbleblight will cause the hunter to gain an increase in evasion and a decrease in stamina consumption. The effect will last until either the effect runs out, the hunter is damaged by an attack, the hunter uses a consumable to dispel the status effect, or the hunter is hit by a second attack that can apply the Bubbleblight status effect.
If the hunter is hit by an attack that inflicts Bubbleblight while they are still afflicted with Minor Bubbleblight, then the Minor Bubbleblight status effect will be replaced with Major Bubbleblight.
