Major Wind Pressure is a Status Effect in Monster Hunter Rise (MHR or MHRise). Status Effects are various buffs, effects, and ailments that can be afflicted on both hunters and monsters. Both Hunters and Monsters can receive Effects from Skills, the environment, and attacks.

How to Cure Major Wind Pressure
The effects caused by Major Wind Pressure can be cured by getting hit by an attack that physically knocks the hunter back. This will knock the hunter out of the flinch animation caused by Major Wind Pressure.
How to Prevent Major Wind Pressure
Major Wind Pressure can be prevented by having at least Lv. 2 of the Windproof armor skill.
