Charge Up is a Ramp-Up Skill or Rampage Skill in Monster Hunter Rise (MHR). It is one of the new Ramp-Up Skills in the Sunbreak Expansion. Charge Up increases your power to induce stun when you hit a monster with a charged attack. Rampage Skills are enhancements that can change the way a weapon build performs by boosting offensive power, survivability, or utility.

Ok so I just did some basic testing against the training machine with an overlay.
I found that without the stun jewel, each hit (first charge level with my build) did 21 stun "units".
With the stun jewel, each hit did slightly more than 27 stun "units".
This leads me to believe that, assuming it gives a flat percentage bonus, this skill increases your stun by about 30%.
