Facilities in Monster Hunter Rise (MHR or MHRise) are establishments or amenities found in the game's hubs of Kamura Village and Elgado Outpost that cater to specific purposes. Facilities provide the Hunter with various services and play an integral role in a hunter's progression. Most facilities are managed by the many colorful NPCs that the player will meet and interact with and some may even unlock quests and other activities for the player to participate in.

Elgado Outpost Facilities
Command Post
The Command Post is the nerve center of all the research activity in Elgado.
Their current research concerns the mystery of the sudden aggressive behavior and territorial expansion on the Kingdom's monsters.
Elgado Tea Shop
The Kamura Tea Shop seems to have set up a mobile shop in town, which means any hunter can get their dango fix even weighing anchor in Elgado.
Elgado Port
The Port is a bustling facility with many ships moored across its docks and a constant lively atmosphere as traders and sailors conduct their business.
Elgado Smithy
The Elgado Smithy is manned by Minayle, the Outpost's young but highly skilled blacksmith. Having undergone tutelage through Hamon in Kamura, Minayle utilizes the facility with great proficiency to craft the best hunting equipment the Kingdom has to offer.
Elgado Market
The Elgado Market is run by Oboro, the Outpost's premiere merchant. The Market boasts an impressive stock of supplies that hunters will surely find helpful while preparing for and going on hunts.

Buddy Dojo
The Buddy Dojo is a place where Palicoes and Palamutes go to undergo training.
By doing so, Buddies will gain experiene points and increase their level.
If you have some buddies on stand-by, why not have them train up meanwhile?
Buddy Scout
If you're looking to hire and Palico or a Palamute, talk to Buddy Handler Iori.
You can enlist multiple Buddies at the same time.
They will help you out on your hunts, or you can dispatch them as part of the Meowcenaries.
Market
If you need any items to help you on your hunts, pay a visit to the mysterious merchant Kagero.
Sometimes he will hold a sale, slicing his prices in half (some items excepted), and he runs a lottery as well.
Courier
If you ever find yourself taking a Hub Quest, then I, Senri the Mailman, have quite the impurr-tant info for ya!
Meowcenaries
The Meowcenaries are a monster recon squad of Buddies managed by Felyne Chief Kogarashi.
Riding special kites of Kogarashi's design, they take to the skies and set off to specified zones to gather monster materials and items.
Smithy
If you need any gear crafted or upgraded, talk to Hamon, the village's stubborn but skilled blacksmith.
You can find equipment for your Buddies at the Buddy Smithy right next to him.
Tea Shop
The Tea Shop is where you go to get a good meal before a hunt.
Yomogi the Chef will make sure to fill your belly with delicious Bunny Dango
The Argosy
The Argosy crossed the seas from a foreign land and is now moored at the Buddy Plaza.
Here, you can trade your possessions with Rondine in exchange for helpful items.
