The Devastating Apex Diablos is a Non Key Slaying Hub Quest in Monster Hunter Rise (MHR or MHRise). Key Quests are mandatory to complete the game, while none key quests can be completed to earn additional rewards. This can't be the only requirement. I've killed it in rampage, post-update, and this quest still doesn't show up. Currently HR 74, so can anyone confirm if it shows up pre-valstrax or if it's actually post, like Zinogre supposedly is?
