Kestodon is a Small Monster in Monster Hunter Rise (MHR or MHRise). ?? in Japanese.

Female Kestodon will alert the pack of danger, while the males will violently charge would-be threats. Their rushing charges can be blocked. however, leaving them open to attacks. Males are blessed with a stronger physique. and they can easily be told apart from the females by their coloring and head shape.

Where can I find Kestodon in MHR?

• Kestodon can be found in the Sandy Plains, namely in areas 5, 11, and 12. Keep an eye out for Outbreaks of Kestodon when previewing Quests and Expeditions located in the Sandy Plains at the Hub Maiden. During these outbreaks, Kestodon can additionally be found in areas 3 and 6. In addition, there are several non-key Quests that have Kestodon as a target such as Dawn of the Kestodon and Bad Review. If you're farming for Kestodon for parts and materials, it is recommended to complete these quests as they come with map markers showing exactly where these Small Monsters can be found.
