Brutal Jewel 2 is a Rampage Decoration in Monster Hunter Rise (MHR). Brutal Jewel 2 provides Brutal Strike Skill and uses a level 2 Slot. Rampage Decorations are a new type of weapon Decoration that was introduced with the Sunbreak Expansion. They add Rampage or Ramp Up Skills and boosts to Master Rank Weapons when equipped. In addition to the required Forging materials in regular decorations, Rampage Decorations also have a forging Material Type.
Brutal Jewel 2 is a brand new Rampage Decoration debuting in the Sunbreak Expansion. In order to be inserted, the decoration slot level must match the equipment decoration slot.

This has a chance (maybe 50%?) to *double* negative affinity damage - Normal attack is 45, normal negative was 34, brutal hit was 68. Not bad if you get very low negatives lol
