Critical Jewel 2 is a Decoration in Monster Hunter Rise (MHR or MHRise). Critical Jewel 2 provides Critical Boost Skill and uses a level 2 Slot. Decorations can be inserted into Weapons and Armor to acquire or enhance Skills. In order to be inserted, the decoration slot level must match the equipment decoration slot.

Critical Jewel 2 Crafting
Critical Jewel 2 will be available from the Decoration crafting menu after obtaining its key material, the Apex Blaze Sac. It can be found as a hunt reward or a carve for Apex Rathalos in its Rampage quest.
Critical Jewel 2 can be crafted with the following materials:
- Lazurite Jewel x5
- Apex Blaze Sac x2
- Magnamalo Horn + x2
- Almudron Plate x1

Got the Apex blaze sac but dont have the jewel. :/
I'm guessing you just have to complete that specific rampage quest rather than just getting the sac.
