What seems an easy target, is a servant on a leash.
Reeled in at its mistress's command.
They close in, cling on, subdue, restrain...
Until they engulf their prey in flames.
Baked and strung, like a glazed ham.

MH Rise Pyre Rakna-Kadaki Characteristics & Locations

A subspecies of Rakna-Kadaki filled with explosive material, their bodies are covered in a dark red, explosion-resistant webbing. On offense, they strike their forelimbs like flints to induce explosions. An advanced chain of command lets them direct their offspring with a special sound-producing organ. Connecting special detonation threads to offspring in the area lets them expand the explosive area to their positions.

MH Rise Pyre Rakna-Kadaki Combat Info

Pyre Rakna-Kadaki coordinate with the Pyrantula they scatter around. Ignoring these small fry will strengthen their explosive attacks, so slay any nearby Pyrantula. Attacking the abdomen reduces the number of Pyrantula they can spread around. Continued attacks cause them to lay eggs and stop coordinating with the tiny Temnocerans.
