Monster Hunter Rise Blastblight Notes & Trivia

Does Bombardier work with/affect Blastblight in MHR?

Does Critical Element work with Blastblight in MHR?

  • Like above, Critical Element does not affect Blastblight as it only affects elemental damage i.e. Fire, Water, Thunder, Ice, and Dragon damage. In Monster Hunter World, there was a skill called Critical Status that had the same effect as Critical Element but affected status effects such as Blastblight. Unfortunately, this skill hasn't been introduced in Monster Hunter Rise and it is unknown whether it will be in the future.
