Gargwa Egg is an Account Item in Monster Hunter Rise (MHR or MHRise). Account Items(also known as Special or Unique Items) comprise of rare finds unique to a locale. Collecting them rewards a large amount of Kamura Points, and many also serve as the objectives of gathering Quests and Requests.
MH Rise Gargwa Egg Information
Gargwa Egg is a type of Delivery Item. Delivery Items are different from other Account Items in that the item is especially delicate, and needs to be carried and delivered to the Supply Box of the locale's Main Camp in order to gain Kamura Points and count towards any unlocks and objectives. Note that Sub-camps do not have supply boxes, as such they cannot be used for the delivery of these types of items.
When carrying a delivery item, the hunter moves at a much slower pace and is vulnerable to attacks. You can sprint, dodge, use Wirebug Dashes and even Wall Run but watch your stamina. Getting hit while carrying a delivery item will cause you to drop it, breaking the item and ruining your progress. You will have to go back to the node to pick a new one up again. Falling from great heights will also cause you to drop the item. Use a Wirebug dash before you hit the ground to prevent this from happening. You can also press 
to drop the item manually, but you will be unable to pick it back up.
Where to find Gargwa Egg in MH Rise
Gargwa Eggs are obtained in a most unique fashion compared to all other Account Items. To obtain one, you must attack a Gargwa by surprise while they are docile. This will cause them to lay an egg which you can pick up and carry off to camp for a successful delivery. Normal weapon attacks or Throwing Kunai will work just fine. Gargwa Eggs can be obtained in any Rank settings.
Gargwa can normally be found in Areas 6 and 13 at the Shrine Ruins. However, Large Monsters passing by an area will cause them to run away. For this reason, the most reliable location is Area 13, but it is also further from the Main Camp. During Gargwa Outbreaks, Gargwa will also spawn in Areas 1, 2, 7 and 12 in addition to their standard spawn locations. Keep in mind that the egg is delicate and you will need to be careful to successfully deliver it to camp.
